Position Summary

Fuji Spray is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing

Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will

support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing career while taking

ownership of recurring marketing responsibilities and developing project management

skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to learn, a strong communicator,

embraces new technologies—including AI—and consistently delivers accurate, high-

quality work. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,

excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with

minimal supervision once trained.

What you will do:

Marketing Project Coordination

 Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously from planning through

completion.

 Maintain project timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft

Planner and SharePoint.

 Keep project documentation, working files, approvals, and supporting assets

organized and up to date.

 Identify potential delays, risks, or resource conflicts and communicate them early

with proposed solutions.

 Prepare projects for handoff by ensuring all supporting information, files, and

documentation are complete.

Social Media & Community Management

 Manage Fuji Spray's social media channels across our three divisions on multiple

platforms.

 Create, schedule, publish, and optimize social media content.

 Monitor comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and

professional responses.

 Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, including communication,

product shipments, and content approvals.

 Track engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance, providing

regular reporting and recommendations.

 Research industry trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities to

improve engagement.

Content Creation & Brand Management

 Design digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.

 Produce presentations, brochures, advertisements, product literature, dealer

materials, and promotional assets.

 Assist with photography, basic videography, and video editing for marketing

campaigns.

 Maintain Fuji Spray's brand standards across all customer-facing materials.

 Proofread and quality-check all marketing assets before submission or

publication.

Website & Digital Marketing

 Assist with website content updates, product launches, landing pages, and digital

campaigns.

 Coordinate email marketing campaigns and supporting assets.

 Monitor website performance and digital marketing metrics.

 Support SEO and online content optimization initiatives.

Trade Shows & Events

 Coordinate trade show preparation from planning through post-event follow-up.

 Prepare booth graphics, promotional materials, product literature, signage, and

event assets.

Distributor & Partner Marketing

 Support distributor marketing programs and co-op initiatives.

 Prepare dealer marketing materials and promotional assets.

 Coordinate product launch communications with distributors.

 Maintain dealer resources, marketing assets, and where-to-buy listings.

 Respond to distributor marketing requests in a timely manner.

Reporting & Administration

 Maintain accurate and organized digital assets, and project documentation.

 Provide updates on project progress within routine meetings.

 Gather and report marketing performance metrics across social media, website,

email marketing, and digital campaigns.

 Coordinate purchases from approved suppliers.

 Support general departmental administration and operational activities as

required.

AI & Marketing Technology

 Utilize AI tools to improve research, brainstorming, content creation, reporting,

and workflow efficiency.

 Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure technical accuracy, brand

consistency, and quality.

 Evaluate innovative marketing technologies and recommend opportunities to

improve team productivity.

 Maintain awareness of emerging AI tools and marketing best practices.

What we’re looking for:

Required

 Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role

(internship or co-op experience may be considered).

 Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

fundamentals.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

 Strong initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn.

 Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred

 Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Asana,

Trello, Monday.com, or similar.

 Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or other CRM and email

marketing platforms.

 Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.

 Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly,

Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity tools to improve marketing workflows

while maintaining quality and accuracy.
