Full job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Meat Cutter / Butcher for a well-established meat processing facility. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours, competitive starting pay, and long-term employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat products according to company specifications.
Use knives, saws, and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all products meet quality and food safety standards.
Package and label meat products as required.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in meat processing.
Experience with boning and trimming meat.
Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
