Machine Operators (Manufacturing) Full-Time $21.00 - $23.00/hr

Location: Cambridge, ON
Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hr (based on experience) + 4% Weekly Vacation Pay
Schedules: Day, Afternoon, or Night shifts available (Guaranteed 40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities

Set up, run, and monitor automated manufacturing machinery to meet daily production goals.
Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring tools and visual inspections.
Identify minor equipment issues and perform light mechanical adjustments to prevent downtime.
Follow OHSA guidelines, keeping workstations clean, safe, and organized.
Collaborate with production team members to maintain optimal workflow across the plant.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous work history in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility settings.
Mechanical Skill: Comfortable operating machinery and utilizing basic hand tools.
Reliability: Proven record of consistent attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Safety First: Committed to maintaining a safe work culture for all team members.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks and stay active throughout your shift.
