Monday–Friday | $75,000–$90,000 per year

Ultimate Bathroom Renovations is a well-established, fast-growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout HRM. We specialize in complete, high-quality bathroom renovations and are known for our craftsmanship, organization, and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking to add one experienced Bathroom Renovator / Installer to our already highly skilled team.

This position is for a professional who takes pride in their work, respects customers’ homes, and wants long-term, steady employment with a company that values quality, structure, and teamwork.

What We Offer

Full-time, year-round work (Monday–Friday)
Competitive compensation: $75,000–$90,000

Your Day-to-Day

Completing full bathroom renovations to a high standard
Maintaining clean, efficient, and respectful job sites
Working professionally in customers’ homes
Protecting customer property at all times
Communicating clearly with homeowners
Explaining basic functionality, care, and upkeep of finished bathrooms
Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Keeping your installation vehicle stocked, clean, and organized
Participating in team meetings and service calls as required

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential renovation experience
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Physically capable and safety conscious
Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
Bondable

Experience in the Following Is a Strong Asset

Demolition
Plumbing & Electrical
Tile installation
Drywall & finishing
Carpentry & trim
Cabinet installation
Flooring
Acrylic & solid surface wall systems
