Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and analysis. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales and upselling skills within a dynamic environment committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met
Assist customers with order processing, account management, and problem resolution
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records accurately
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels
Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish

Experience

Proven experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required; strong communication skills in both languages essential
Experience with data entry, analysis, and CRM systems is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to handle sales or upselling opportunities effectively
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data management
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to grow their sales expertise, and capable of engaging with diverse clientele.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
