Full job description

This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for a bilingual (French/English) applicant to join our growing sales team based in Burlington, ON. This position would suit someone looking for a long-term employment position.

Safetycare is a fast-growing company providing cutting-edge video-on-demand safety training solutions with offices in Canada, the US, Australia and the UK. We offer the right candidate career growth opportunities and an attractive compensation package, including uncapped commission on all new business and subscription renewal sales.

What do we do?

Safetyhub is an engaging video streaming platform and learning management system that helps employers keep their people safe. Organizations all over the world subscribe to Safetyhub to train their employees in health and safety. We’re passionate about helping people stay safe and we are rapidly expanding.

About the role:

· Prospect potential clients through outbound cold calls and engage with safety professionals around the country.

· Work with prospects over the phone and via video meetings to generate new sales.

· Service existing clients and renew subscriptions.

· Manage outstanding debtors.

· Achievable individual targets designed to set you up for sustained success.

Compensation

· Base salary of $60,000.

· 15% uncapped commission paid on new sales.

· 5% uncapped commission paid on renewal sales.

· Additional bonuses paid on reaching total new business targets.

· Your renewal base grows as you generate more new business, increasing your earning capacity as you develop in the role.

What we need from you:

· Bilingual (French/English) essential.

· Experience in outbound sales is a plus but not essential.

· Positive attitude and a great work ethic.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

· Time management skills and personal accountability.
