Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Instructor and ignite a passion for movement, agility, and confidence in our students! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, teach fundamental skills, and foster a safe, motivating environment for learners of all ages and skill levels. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire participants to reach new heights while ensuring they develop proper techniques and safety habits. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through movement and sport.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Teach proper techniques for tumbling, balance, strength, and flexibility exercises
Ensure all participants adhere to safety guidelines and use equipment correctly
Create an inclusive environment that encourages confidence, teamwork, and personal growth
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Maintain a clean, organized gym space and inspect equipment regularly for safety compliance
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and safety concerns

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching gymnastics or related physical activities
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse ages and skill levels
Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate skills and give feedback
Basic swimming skills are preferred to support water-related activities or emergencies
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living
Ability to stand, move, and demonstrate exercises for extended periods
