Job Title: Working Supervisor – Framing & Concrete Forming
Company: Greystone Project Management
Location: Muskoka, ON

About Us:
Greystone Project Management is a leading construction management firm based in Muskoka, specializing in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) projects. We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and teamwork. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Working Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Working Supervisor will oversee and coordinate site activities while actively contributing to hands-on work in framing and concrete forming. This role is ideal for a leader who can guide a crew effectively while also being productive in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Actively participate in framing and concrete forming tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
Provide leadership, training, and support to crew members.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in concrete forming (including ICF) and framing is required.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Experience supervising construction crews or forepersons.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
