Responsibilities include but are not limited to listening and understanding the needs of our clients, planning and designing solutions, and implementing the technology to support the project goals and objectives. What you need to bring to the table
- High proficiency in English language skills (written and oral)
- Must have vehicle and G Driver's License
- Prior in-depth experience with ConnectWise (or, similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows 11 Pro, and macOS
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS management, and security best practices
- Familiarity with Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco, HPE, and similar
- Experience with cyber security, threat detection, threat management, and best practices
- Ready to embrace new technologies, and an appetite for skills development
- 3+ years verifiable experience/skill in performing services/upgrades to all types of computers
- Schedule may include evening and weekend work (very limited basis)

- Experience understanding a client's needs, business priorities, solution design, and project implementation

- Make decisions with integrity that support ideal client outcomes, are aligned with company guidelines, and demonstrate good business sensibilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with on-going distractions if necessary
- Uphold the highest professional standards when performing work on-site and off-site
- Ensure a strict level of confidentiality, observing privacy and information policies including client assets, service contracts and sensitive information
Related industry certifications are an asset.
