Please note: We are only considering applicants with a minimum of 2 years of dental reception experience in a dental clinic. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month
Location: In person – South Surrey / White Rock area

We are looking for a full-time Lead Dental Receptionist / Front Office Lead to join our team at Meraki Dental in South Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident at the front desk, enjoys creating a positive patient experience, and is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding clinic. For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Office Manager position over time.

About the Role

As our Lead Dental Receptionist / Front Office Lead, you will play a key role in the day-to-day flow of the clinic. You will be one of the first points of contact for patients and will help create a warm, organized, and professional experience from the moment they connect with us.

You will support scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, treatment coordination, recall, and general front office operations. As the clinic grows, this role may also expand into leadership responsibilities, including supporting systems, hiring, training, team coordination, and office management duties.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable taking ownership at the front desk. You should enjoy working in a team environment, communicating with patients, and helping strengthen front office systems in a growing clinic.

Required:

Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience in a dental clinic
Strong understanding of dental front office workflows
Experience with scheduling, patient communication, insurance, and claims
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy clinic environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time

Assets:

Experience with ClearDent
Mandarin language skills
Experience with RecallMax, Sidexis, or Sirona technology
Interest in growing into an Office Manager or leadership role
