Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. This role involves overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient kitchen operations and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff and food service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly to meet quality standards and presentation requirements.
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
Assist with serving customers when necessary, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Train new staff on food safety practices, kitchen procedures, and customer service expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and operational improvements.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or similar setting.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in the food industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper handling techniques.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, meal preparation processes, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent serving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction is essential.

This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a reputable establishment dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service excellence.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
