The Cam Clark Auto Group is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist (Saturdays) to join our Kamloops Ford dealership in Kamloops, BC

With over 20 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!

In the position of the Part-Time Receptionist reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting daily dealership operations.

This position is scheduled for Saturdays only, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Overtime will be paid in accordance with British Columbia Employment Standards legislation. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. The successful candidate will ideally be available to start as soon as possible.

You will be accountable for:

Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answering the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representative or department.
Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
Maintaining the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner.
Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
The ability to work effectively and be part of a team environment
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
