Your Role as Administrative Assistant:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Administrative Assistant, your role will include:

Administration Assistant duties:

Supporting daily operations of the Corporate Affairs team by coordinating workflows and internal communications.
Organizing meetings, managing schedules, tracking action items and assisting with travel and event coordination.
Handling electronic signature coordination.
Reconciling monthly credit card statements and collaborating with JLR staff and Finance for accuracy.
Proofreading documents for grammar, tone and consistency, and helping to streamline SOP’s and governance processes.

Reception duties:

Greeting visitors, managing front desk inquiries and directing guests appropriately.
Distributing mail and courier packages and monitoring shared inboxes and voicemails.
Maintaining common areas like boardrooms and lunchrooms.
Assisting with internal events, updating staff email signatures and supporting general office coordination.
Support for scheduling, scanning, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
