The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. has entry-level positions available in the Flower Room Department.

Flower Room Team Member Job Description

· Responsible for performing all tasks related to Flower Room plant maintenance (Pruning, Defoliating, Plugging) and harvesting.
· Sanitize, clean and maintain all tools and technical equipment and rooms used in Flower Room activities.
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
· Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP’s and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
· Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned from time to time.

Required Job Skills

· Ability to work with Isopropyl Alcohol and other chemicals/cleaners
· Capability of working in 21 - 29 degrees Celsius daily
· A continual desire to learn with a positive attitude
· Ability to follow direction and stay on task
· Effective communication – verbal and in writing
· Ability to work in a team environment and independently
· Have strong attention to detail
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders comfortably, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks
· Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
