What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you'll play a key role in helping our patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles by providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive examinations and developing personalized treatment plans
Performing a wide variety of dental procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and preventative care
Providing gentle, patient-centered care for adults, children, and families
Utilizing advanced technology including iTero digital scanning and digital radiography
Educating patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care
Maintaining accurate electronic patient records using AbelDent and Dexis
Collaborating with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative professionals
Upholding the highest standards of infection prevention, safety, and clinical excellence
Continuing to expand your clinical skills through ongoing education and professional development

You'll be successful if you have:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A compassionate, patient-first approach to care
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
