This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations across various functions, facilitates interdepartmental communication, and supports both field and office staff.
Key Responsibilities

Provide SAP support and liaise with payroll to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
Coordinate daily office logistics, such as greeting clients, directing vendors, purchasing supplies, coordinating vehicle and equipment service and arranging couriers.
Organize travel arrangements and make preparations for field crews.
Assist with event planning.
Provide administration support for the project management team, company safety program and project controls teams.
General office admin tasks/ projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, highly organized, eagerness to learn, and a team player.
Valid BC driver’s license.
2+ years of business administration and/or project coordination experience.
Experience with time management and field ticket reporting a benefit.
Experience in the forest industry considered an asset.
Valid BC driver’s license.
