Full job description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and oversee payroll functions.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

Extensive experience in financial services is highly desirable
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous agreements
Excellent customer service orientation coupled with effective sales acumen
Proficiency in mathematical analysis for accurate financial modeling and reporting
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
