Full job description

Brief Description

The position of Disposal Bin Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring and scheduling incoming orders for disposal bins in the office while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
7am Start time is mandatory for this position.

Tasks

Manage and schedule day to day operations for truck fleet and dumpsters
Receive and respond to incoming emails and calls
Input information to scheduling calendars and software program
Coordinate and dispatch schedules with drivers
Compile and send invoices
Correspond with clients to ensure satisfaction

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full time, year-round position;
Wages will be based on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office
