For 25 Years Concord Homes has been a premier, award winning builder of custom homes in the Kingston area. We have built state of the art homes from Gananoque to Napanee. We are a locally owned, fully integrated builder, providing services from excavation to finishing. Our Concord Homes team is a tight knit group of like-minded people dedicated to excellence in home construction.

Concord Homes is seeking experienced Carpenters to be part of our team.

Job Summary:

Must be familiar with framing new builds and all aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. Exterior framing, aluminum work, roofing and siding are included tasks. Interior trimming, Flooring and Finish Work are required skills. Tile Work and ICF foundations experience considered an asset. Reading blue prints and drawings are considered an asset.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on previous experience.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize all materials, tools, and products.

· Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.

· Possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities.

· Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.

· Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.

· Maintain a clean and non-cluttered worksite as well as company vehicles.

· Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.

· Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.

Qualifications:

· Carpenter experience with good mathematical and measurement skills.

· Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

· Professional appearance.

· Ability to work with others or independently.

· Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.

· Working at Heights Certificate.

· Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
