ONE Fertility Kitchener-Waterloo is a state-of-the-art fertility and IVF clinic devoted to providing the most specialized and expert fertility care, treatment, and counselling. Our fertility assessment and treatment plans are focused on providing the best fertility success rates while adapting the treatment options to suit the needs and comfort level of each individual patient.

Our office is looking to expand our team with dynamic, skilled talent who have a passion for patient service.

Our administrative team is the hub of One Fertility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly and offers great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks accurately.

Education

College/CEGEP

Experience

2+ years

Medical Office Administrator or Medical practice experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification would be an asset.

Area of Work Experience

Reports and records; Invoices; Financial statements; Gatekeeping; De-escalation

Business Equipment and Computer Applications

MS Excel; MS Windows; MS Word; Electronic mail, Oscar, Oceans, QuickBooks

Additional Skills

Perform general clerical work, such as order supplies and maintain inventory; Maintain filing system.

Responsibilities

General assistance and administrative support for the Medical Director and Clinic Manager.

Accounts payable, receivable and deposits

Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to

Responsible for directing inquiries accordingly

Organize celebrations around the premise

Ensure that the premises is kept tidy and clean at all times. Ensure the maintenance of the facility is kept.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel

Provide support, mostly administrative to other members of staff according to the directives of the manager

Assist the Medical Director and Clinic Manager with personnel management including staff support and training, compliance with employment standard acts and relevant regulations.

Assist the Medical Director and Clinic Manager in day to day clinic management including staff supervision, accountability and clinic flow.

Provide coverage in phlebotomy if validated

Work Remotely - No

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
