Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in various projects as needed.
Maintain a high standard of safety practices while on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Masonry Experience
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory. Join us in making a difference through hard work and dedication!
