JOB TITLE: Jr. Import Production Coordinator LOCATION: MONTREAL, QC

Thread Collective, Inc (TCI) is a privately-owned global designer, manufacturer and distributor of apparel. TCI has earned its reputation as a leading North American force in the design, development and distribution of a full range of apparel and accessories. We market products for all genders, to all retail tiers - from mass market merchants to high end department stores, specialty boutiques and sporting goods retailers.

Position Summary:

Thread Collective Inc is looking for an Import Production Coordinator to join our team and to help expand further our line and better our execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

development samples (SMS) : make tracking sheet , send TP to overseas, tracking and pushing SMS on time
daily sample receiving from overseas registration in sample tracking sheet
daily organization and distribution samples to designer and fit technician for comments
send sample comments to overseas makers
keep daily communication with overseas makers to resolve production related problems with designer/fit technician
enter Import PO, revise PO and adjust PO whenever it is necessary
work with CS team to finish the templates from clients
check all the production details ( UPC#, item#, packing details , labeling ..etc )
follow up and push all the production samples , photo samples , AD samples required from clients
checking shipping docs and inspection report
order hangtag/tickets from website and send to maker
follow up the production process in time manner to ensure delivery on time .

QUALIFICATIONS

· Extremely organized and detail oriented

· Ability to work in collaborative team environment, as well as work independently

· Good time management skills, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of production cycle (asset)

· Excellent level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Momentis & PDM knowledge (asset)

Production d’importation

Thread Collective, Inc (TCI) est un concepteur, fabricant et distributeur mondial privé de vêtements. TCI a gagné sa réputation de chef de file nord-américain dans la conception, le développement et la distribution d'une gamme complète de vêtements et d'accessoires. Nous commercialisons des produits pour tous les sexes, à tous les niveaux de vente au détail - des marchands de masse aux grands magasins haut de gamme, en passant par les boutiques spécialisées et les détaillants d'articles de sport.

Sommaire du poste:

Thread Collective Inc est à la recherche d’un coordonnateur de la production d’importation pour se joindre à notre équipe et aider à élargir encore notre ligne et améliorer notre exécution

Responsabilités:

développement d'échantillons (SMS) : création d'une fiche de suivi, envoi de TP à l'étranger, suivi et envoi de SMS dans les délais impartis
réception quotidienne des échantillons en provenance de l'étranger, enregistrement dans la fiche de suivi des échantillons
organisation quotidienne et distribution des échantillons au styliste et au technicien d'ajustement pour commentaires
envoi des commentaires sur les échantillons aux fabricants étrangers
maintenir une communication quotidienne avec les fabricants étrangers afin de résoudre les problèmes liés à la production avec le styliste/technicien d'essayage
saisir les commandes d'importation, les réviser et les ajuster chaque fois que cela s'avère nécessaire
travailler avec l'équipe CS pour terminer les modèles des clients
vérifier tous les détails de la production (numéro UPC, numéro d'article, détails de l'emballage, étiquetage, etc.)
suivre et pousser tous les échantillons de production, les échantillons de photos, les échantillons AD demandés par les clients
vérifier les documents d'expédition et les rapports d'inspection
commander les étiquettes/tickets sur le site web et les envoyer au fabricant
suivre le processus de production en temps voulu pour garantir la livraison dans les délais.

Exigences:

Extrêmement organisé et axé sur le détail
Capacité de travailler en équipe collaborative et de travailler de façon autonome
Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps, capacité à hiérarchiser et compétences en résolution de problèmes
Connaissance du cycle de production un atout
Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Connaissance de Momentis & PDM connaissance d’un atout
