Responsabilités

Préparer et cuire une variété de pâtisseries, gâteaux et desserts selon les recettes établies.
Décorer les desserts et pâtisseries avec une touche artistique, en veillant à l’attrait visuel et à la qualité de la présentation.
Emballer les produits finis pour la vente ou les commandes de traiteur, en maintenant leur fraîcheur et leur qualité.
Collaborer avec l’équipe de cuisine pour assurer la production en temps voulu des plats pendant les heures de service.
Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation de la station pâtisserie, en respectant les normes d’hygiène alimentaire.
Aider à la gestion des stocks en surveillant les niveaux d’ingrédients et de fournitures.
Fournir un excellent service client en échangeant avec les clients concernant les commandes personnalisées ou demandes spéciales.
Suivre toutes les procédures de manipulation des aliments afin d’assurer la sécurité et la qualité de tous les produits.

Expérience

Une expérience confirmée en production de pâtisseries et en cuisson dans un environnement culinaire est essentielle.
De solides compétences en décoration de desserts, préparation alimentaire et emballage sont fortement souhaitées.
La connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des bonnes pratiques de manipulation des aliments est requise.
Une expérience préalable en restauration ou traiteur est un atout.
Un diplôme en cuisine ou une formation pertinente est préférable mais pas obligatoire.
D’excellentes compétences en maniement des couteaux et une grande attention aux détails sont indispensables pour ce poste.
Une expérience en service à la clientèle sera un plus pour les interactions avec les clients.
