Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste financier.ère sénior.e, prêt(e) à se dépasser au sein d’une culture axée sur la performance, la collaboration et le plaisir au travail.

Votre rôle

En tant qu’Analyste financier.ère sénior.e, vous participerez activement au contrôle financier et au support décisionnel de l’entreprise.

Vos responsabilités incluent :

Préparer et enregistrer les écritures de journal pour les états financiers mensuels.
Effectuer les réconciliations bancaires et le suivi des postes du grand livre.
Réaliser des analyses financières (marges, budgets, prévisions) en exploitant des outils d'intelligence artificielle pour accélérer la modélisation et la détection d'anomalies.
Participer à l’implémentation et à l’optimisation des ERP, incluant l'automatisation des processus manuels (RPA, scripts, workflows).
Produire des rapports et tableaux de bord via Excel, Power BI et des assistants IA (ex. Copilot) pour enrichir l'analyse et réduire les délais de production.
Assurer le suivi et l’amélioration des contrôles internes.
Identifier et piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus financiers (Lean, automatisation, adoption d'outils IA).
Calculer et analyser les bonus mensuels.

Vos compétences et qualités :

Rigueur, sens de l’analyse, autonomie et souci du détail
Organisation et bonne gestion des priorités (multi-tâches)
Approche proactive

Votre profil

Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance.
5 ans + d’expérience en comptabilité ou finance, idéalement dans des grandes entreprises.
Expérience avec des ERP (SAP Hanna, Netsuite, ou similaire).
Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques), Power BI et familiarité d’outils d'IA/automatisation (Copilot, ChatGPT, RPA — un atout).
Connaissance solide des normes comptables canadiennes.
Bilingue français et anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Your Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will actively contribute to the company’s financial control and decision-making support.

Your responsibilities include:

Preparing and recording journal entries for monthly financial statements.
Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring general ledger accounts.
Conducting financial analyses (margins, budgets, forecasts) by leveraging artificial intelligence tools to accelerate modeling and anomaly detection.
Participating in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, including the automation of manual processes (RPA, scripts, workflows).
Producing reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI assistants (e.g., Copilot) to enhance analysis and reduce reporting timelines.
Monitoring and improving internal controls.
Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes (Lean methodologies, automation, adoption of AI tools).
Calculating and analyzing monthly bonuses.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within large organizations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP HANA, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Power BI, and familiarity with AI/automation tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, RPA — considered an asset).
Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
