We are seeking new team members for our steel and aluminum fabrication division. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a positive work environment. Our shop operates on a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Compensation

$36-$44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:

Weld structural steel and aluminum
Cut, fit, assemble and weld components from detailed fabrication drawings
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Assemble components and perform layout work based on verbal and written instructions
Ensure work meets industry and company quality standards
Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
Follow all safety standards

What You Bring:

Red Seal certification in either welding or fabrication (or equivalent experience)
Experience with aluminum and steel welding
TIG welding experience considered an asset
CWB certifications are considered an asset
Forklift and First-Aid tickets considered an asset
Blueprint reading and layout skills
A valid Class 5 driver’s license
Team oriented attitude with a safety first mindset
A proactive approach to problem solving and quality craftsmanship
