Job Summary

Are you highly organized, thrive in a fast paced environment, and enjoy helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly?

Blair Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a versatile team member who is willing and able to work in either our Customer Service / Dispatch Department or our HVAC Installation Department, depending on our business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is a quick thinker and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Customer Service/ Dispatch

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule service appointments and manage technician routes.
Communicate with customers regarding arrival times and appointments updates.
Support technicians and job information and customer communication.

HVAC Installation Department.

Schedule Residential HVAC installation projects.
Communicate installation dates and expectations with homeowners.
Assist with rebates, financing, permits, project paper work and documentation.
Ensure installations are prepared for a successful and efficient completion.

What We Are Looking For. The ideal candidate is someone who:

Is someone who is punctual and dependable every day.
Makes quick, confident, and accurate decisions.
Remains calm and productive under pressure.
Has outstanding organizational skills and time management skills.
Enjoys multitasking in a busy office environment.
Communicates professionally with customer and team members
Has excellent computer skills and learns new software quickly.
Maintains a positive , solution oriented attitude.
Works well independently while also being a strong player
Is willing to be cross-trained and support multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling or administrative experience.
Experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical or home service industry is an asset.
Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is advantage but is not required.
