Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial management processes
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Provide support in organizing company events or conferences
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in front desk reception or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Training development experience is a plus
- Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to office staff
- Basic budgeting knowledge is desirable
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
