Full job description

Position Summary

Arctic Stone Ltd. is seeking a Stone Cutter & Polisher to join our fabrication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, polishing, and finishing natural and engineered stone products while ensuring high-quality workmanship, accuracy, and compliance with company safety standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders.
Measure, cut, and shape stone slabs according to specifications.
Polish and finish stone edges and surfaces to company quality standards.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
Operate and maintain fabrication equipment safely.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience working with granite, quartz, marble, porcelain, or engineered stone is preferred.
Ability to read measurements and fabrication drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment and safely handle stone materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
