Full job description

Sammy J's in Langley is looking for outgoing and driven individuals who want to be a part of an already well established team. All positions are being hired so if you have experience or a desire to be a part of this fast-paced and exciting atmosphere then we want you to apply.

Note that we are a high volume restaurant and are only looking for energetic team players that thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach

Salary: Competitive hourly wage based on experience - to be discussed upon hire
