What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Lead the Adventure: Collaboratively lead games and activities at beautiful spots like White Pine Beach and Coquitlam River.
- Navigate the Day: Manage logistics, ensure safety around water, and de-escalate challenges with a calm, respectful approach.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Camp Coordinator and Camp Director along with Admin, Camp Leaders, and Volunteers.
- Train and mentor staff and volunteers.
- The position will be outdoors, leading one of our camps. It is suited for someone with extensive experience and training who will act as a lead guide at one of our camps.
Locations: Out-trips at our Tri-Cities Camps include White Pine Beach, the Coquitlam River, Spani Pool, Eagle Ridge Pool, Centennial Pool, Crash Crawly's (if there's heavy rain or wildfire smoke), and more. We meet at (or near) the out-trip of the day.
