Nous recherchons un une personne travailleuse pour rejoindre notre éequipe administrative. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisée, efficace, attentif aux details, bilingue et désireuse d'apprendre.

Responsabilités

Coordonner l'exécution des commandes clients et préparer les documents d'expédition
Communique avec les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et les clients concernant les status de livraison et les écarts de facturation
Communiquer efficacement avec les autres services pour résoudre les divergences ou les problèmes liés aux commandes.
Utiliser Excel et d'autres logiciels pour gérer les données et générer des rapports si nécessaire.
Participer aux tâches administratives telles que le classement, la numérisation et la saisie de données afin de soutenir l'équipe administrative.
Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise en matière de saisie des commandes et de gestion des données.

Exigences

Expérience avérée dans un poste administratif ou de bureau, de préférence dans la logistique et comtable
Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, des bases de données et des logiciels de bureautique, notamment Excel.
Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, pour une interaction efficace avec les collègues et les clients.
Une connaissance des procédures administratives et des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des données est un atout.

Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking individual join our office team. This position is perfect for someone organized, efficient, detail oriented, bilingual and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the completing of customer orders and shipping documentation
Following-up and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery statuses and billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized files and records of all orders processed.
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data and generate reports as needed.
Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry to support the administrative team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order entry and data management.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in logistics and accounting.
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and office software, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
Familiarity with office procedures and best practices related to data management is preferred.
