Sous la direction du chef d'équipe, propositions et développement des affaires, le rédacteur(trice) de propositions d’affaires bilingue sera principalement responsable de la coordination des soumissions, de la gestion des documents et de la préparation des propositions, dans le but de comprendre les processus et les pratiques commerciales, de répondre aux demandes des clients internes et de remporter des projets de proposition.

Principales responsabilités :

Rédiger des réponses de haute qualité aux appels d'offres (RFP) des secteurs public et privé pour diverses lignes d'affaires, avec un accent particulier sur la stimulation de la croissance stratégique dans le marché québécois et la direction de soumissions bilingues ou entièrement francophones.
Gérer le processus de candidature en planifiant des réunions, en coordonnant les tâches des équipes de candidature, en respectant les délais, en gérant les documents et en coordonnant les activités de l'équipe ;
Préparer des documents destinés aux clients à l'aide de RFPIO, des suites Google (Docs, Slides & Sheets) et Office (Word, Excel, PPT);
Rechercher et télécharger de nouvelles demandes de propositions selon les besoins ; et
Effectuer toutes les tâches générales, projets spécifiques et responsabilités assignés par le chef d'équipe, propositions et développement des affaires

Formation et expérience :

2+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle connexe (gestion de documents, rédaction de propositions/rédaction commerciale/rédaction technique) ;
De solides compétences verbales et écrites en anglais et en français sont essentielles ;
Excellentes compétences en Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, MS Word, PowerPoint et Excel ;
Capacité à gérer des documents volumineux avec plusieurs versions ;
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans des délais courts ; et
Une connaissance du secteur du placement de personnel serait un atout.

Modèle de travail hybride : Capacité à travailler selon un horaire hybride, avec l'obligation d'être présent au bureau local 2 jours par semaine.

Nous avons également déterminé que la connaissance de l’anglais déjà exigée des autres employés ne permet pas l’exécution des tâches nécessitant la connaissance de l’anglais liées au poste de Rédacteur(trice) de propositions. Cependant Randstad restreint le plus possible le nombre de postes pour lesquels elle exige la connaissance d’une autre langue pour assurer l’accomplissement efficace de sa mission.

Under the direction of the Team lead, Proposals & Business Development, the Bilingual Proposal Writer will primarily be responsible for bid coordination, document management and proposal preparation, with the goal of understanding business processes and practices, assisting with requests from internal clients and winning business.

Main Responsibilities:

Formulate high-quality written responses for both public and private sector RFPs across diverse lines of business, with a primary focus on driving strategic growth within the Quebec market and leading French-language bid submissions.
Manage the bid process by: scheduling meetings, coordinating assignments for bid teams, adhering to timelines, managing documents and coordinating team activities;
Prepare client-facing documents using RFPIO, the Google (Docs, Slides & Sheets) and Office (Word, Excel, PPT) suites;
Search for and download new RFP’s as required; and
Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead, Proposals & Business Development.

Education & Experience:

2+ years’ experience in a related role (document management, proposal writing/business writing/technical writing);
Strong French and English verbal and written skills essential;
Excellent Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills;
Ability to manage large documents with multiple versioning;
Ability to work efficiently within short time frames; and
Knowledge of the staffing industry would be an asset.
