Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
Coordinate and oversee trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress and address site issues to maintain schedules and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building codes.
Review construction drawings and specifications and communicate requirements to site teams.
Schedule and coordinate inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, deficiency lists, and progress reports.
Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly managed on site.
Identify and resolve construction deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
Communicate regularly with project managers, office staff, homeowners, consultants, and municipal inspectors as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential or commercial construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software such as Buildertrend is considered an asset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
