Our team is dedicated to providing personalized insurance advice and solutions to individuals, helping them protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of personal insurance clients. You will provide expert advice, offer tailored insurance solutions, and ensure clients receive the best coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients, understanding their needs and providing customized insurance solutions.
Policy Management: Handle the day-to-day management of personal insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Sales and Retention: Actively pursue new business opportunities and work to retain existing clients by providing exceptional service.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options for clients.
Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
Licensing: Alberta General Level 1 required, General Level 2 is an asset
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of personal insurance products, including auto and home insurance.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to meeting client needs.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and insurance policy administration tools.
