Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety within the facility.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse individuals.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Must be physically fit to perform patrols and respond quickly in emergencies.
A valid security guard license may be required based on local regulations.
