Full job description

Backstreet is looking to hire an experienced (2 years preferred) part time Bartender/Server who has a full open availability to include Weekends, Late Nights & Eagerness to pick up extra shifts when we are busy.

Backstreet is a fun and friendly neighborhood pub and the ideal candidate must match that energy and be comfortable chatting with customers as well as keenly aware that we are more of a bar then pub at night. Experience as a server is a must as we are looking for someone to jump in and start immediately, as well as a good grasp and knowledge of bartending as you are responsible to mix drinks and pouring draft. You must also enjoy being busy, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to perform all cleaning and side duties. We are a team at Backstreet and looking for someone who comes in every day prepared to work and help both coworkers and customers immediately, however you must also be confident to work alone with out issue at times.

Resumes brought in person will be prioritized and preferred, please introduce yourself to Sherri OR the bar staff during the weekdays. If coming in after 3pm please mark the days and times you are available to work on your resume. Please do not apply if you do not have serving experience, your availability doesn't match the above stated times or you're unable/uncomfortable with working late nights.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
