Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for commercial and residential properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient exterior maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks safely and effectively. Prior experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate. This position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Duties

Perform exterior cleaning tasks including window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and surface scrubbing using appropriate tools and equipment
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete cleaning projects efficiently
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure property appearance and safety standards are met
Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving large items when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored after use
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during work activities
Complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and vacuums
Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, often handling equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Good physical stamina with the capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work for extended periods
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress
Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance at all times

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
