Overview
We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to help clients look and feel their best. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming environment focused on enhancing clients’ natural beauty through personalized treatments and expert advice.

Duties

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, head spa's, and exfoliation procedures.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.
Manage retail sales by recommending suitable products to clients, upselling when appropriate.
Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing client records.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional environment.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment.
Engage with clients to build rapport, ensuring they have a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

Certification as an Esthetician with valid licensing.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products naturally.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Good organizational skills for appointment scheduling and client record management.
