Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit! In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services during evening and overnight hours. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth check-ins, efficient night audits, and a memorable stay for every guest. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience
Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying transactions, updating records, and balancing daily revenue reports
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining clear communication with guests and staff
Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain security protocols by monitoring guest access, ensuring safety procedures are followed during night shifts
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse range of guests effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk technology is advantageous
Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role
