5 Star Dealers in London, Ontario is hiring a smart, creative, and motivated Automotive Marketing & Advertising Coordinator to help us bring in more customers, improve our vehicle ads, and make 5 Star Dealers stand out as one of the top dealerships in London and the surrounding 50 km area.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, organized, eager to learn, and always looking for better ways to advertise, market, make our vehicles sell faster.

This person must stay on top of our marketing every day.

Automotive knowledge is very important.

We want someone who knows cars, likes cars, and understands what makes a vehicle attractive to customers.

This is not only a regular marketing job. We need someone who can look at a vehicle, understand the important features, take the right pictures, write a strong ad, and help make the car sell faster.

Experience in general marketing is good, but automotive knowledge, car interest, or dealership experience is a big advantage.

Main responsibilities:

Take pictures of vehicles as soon as they arrive
Make every vehicle look clean, professional, and attractive online
Understand important vehicle features and highlight them properly in the ads
Create strong vehicle ads that help cars sell faster
Post and update vehicle ads on our website, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, and other advertising platforms
Help answer and organize online leads when needed
Watch what other strong dealers are doing with their ads and marketing
Bring new ideas to help generate more leads and customers
Help improve our social media, online presence, and advertising
Make sure our inventory is marketed quickly and professionally
Work with the sales team to help bring more customers into the dealership

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of marketing, advertising, social media, photography, or dealership experience preferred
Recent college graduate in marketing, advertising, media, business, automotive, or a related program is welcome to apply
Smart, creative, and organized person
Good knowledge of cars or a strong interest in cars
Good eye for pictures, videos, and clean advertising
Good with social media and online posting
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and basic marketing tools
Good communication skills
Reliable and hard working
Eager to learn and improve every day
Able to work fast and stay on top of many vehicles and ads
Someone who wants to help make 5 Star Dealers number one in London and the surrounding area

Extra experience we like:

Automotive dealership experience
Vehicle photography experience
Facebook Marketplace experience
HELP BDC and salespeople to follow-up with leads
Digital marketing experience
Canva, photo editing, video editing, or social media content experience
Experience writing ads that make customers want to call, message, or visit
