Montréal Mini-Storage (MMS) est équipé pour offrir une solution complète aux clients d'affaires, car il dispose d'une combinaison unique d'espaces de bureaux, industriels, commerciaux, de stationnement et d'entreposage à louer dans un seul bâtiment.

Description du travail : Nous recherchons un expert en entreposage remplaçant très organisé et soucieux du détail pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes de notre centre de libre entreposage pour les fins de semaine. L'expert en entreposage est chargé de superviser la maintenance et l'entretien du site, de veiller à la satisfaction des clients et d'assurer la sûreté et la sécurité des biens de nos locataires.

Tâches :

Gérer les relations avec les clients et fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
Assurer la sûreté et la sécurité de l'établissement, notamment en procédant à des inspections régulières de la propriété et en gérant tout incident de sécurité susceptible de se produire.
Travailler avec le directeur régional pour atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance de l'établissement.
Superviser les processus de location et de facturation et veiller à ce que les loyers soient perçus en temps voulu.

Qualifications :

Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de relations interpersonnelles
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
La connaissance du secteur du self-stockage est un atout
Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
Grand souci du détail et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Bilingue (anglais et français), le site requiert de part sa localisation la connaissance d'une autre langue que le Francais
Une expérience dans le service à la clientèle et la vente est un plus

Salaire : 18$ - 20$

Job Scope: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented replacement Storage Expert to oversee the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility for the weekends. The Storage Expert is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring the safety and security of our tenants' possessions.

Tasks:

Manage customer relations and provide excellent customer service
Ensure the safety and security of the facility, including conducting regular inspections of the property and handling any safety incidents that may occur
Work with the Regional Manager to hit facility KPIs
Oversee rental and billing processes and ensure timely collection of rent
Respond to customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Help customers find the right storage solution either over the phone or in-person

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of self-storage industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bilingual (English & French), as per the site location, the usage of another language than French can be necessary
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

Salary: 18$ - 20$
