Full job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and fully operational environments. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our parking operations—ensuring every location reflects a high standard of professionalism while delivering a seamless experience for customers. From keeping equipment running smoothly to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, your work will make a visible impact every single day.

If you enjoy working independently, solving practical challenges, and being part of a team that values reliability and quality, this is your opportunity to play a key role in operations excellence.

Responsibilities

Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage
Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
Litter pick-up on parking levels
Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth
Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed

Qualifications

Good communication skills
High degree of attention to detail
Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
Excellent time management
Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
