What You’ll Do
- Support brokers and the underwriting team with day-to-day mortgage file management
- Review mortgage applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain client and lender documentation
- Communicate professionally with lenders, clients, brokers, and internal teams
- Provide timely updates on mortgage file status
- Submit mortgage applications and paperwork to financial institutions for review and approval
- Assist in gathering missing documentation and resolving file conditions
- Ensure all files meet Blue Pearl policies, lender requirements, and industry compliance standards
- Work toward team KPIs, service standards, and funding timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the mortgage or finance industry is preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable with administrative work and managing multiple files at once
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
