Creative Director / Content Creator (Full-Time)

Location: Vaughan/Toronto, ON (Travel Required)

About Us

Chef de la Mesa is one of Canada’s leading luxury experiential catering brands, producing unforgettable culinary experiences for private clients, luxury brands, celebrities, and corporate activations.

We don’t simply cater events—we create experiences that people remember and share.

As our company continues to grow, we’re launching an in-house creative studio to take complete ownership of our visual storytelling. This is an opportunity to become one of the founding members of a rapidly expanding creative division with the potential to evolve into its own luxury media agency.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptionally creative Content Creator / Creative Director who can capture, produce, and elevate our brand across every platform.

This isn’t just another videography job.

You’ll help define the visual identity of one of Canada’s fastest-growing luxury hospitality brands while building a media division from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Film luxury events, private dinners, and brand activations.
Edit cinematic short-form and long-form video.
Capture high-end photography.
Develop creative concepts and storyboards.
Produce Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube content.
Assist with podcast production and commercial shoots.
Maintain an organized media archive and asset library.
Collaborate directly with the Founder to execute creative campaigns.
Stay ahead of social media trends while maintaining a timeless luxury aesthetic.
Occasionally travel for destination events.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
Advanced knowledge of Creative media Assests, Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a strong asset).
Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling.
Experience filming luxury brands, hospitality, food, lifestyle, or real estate is preferred.
Drone certification is an asset.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends during events.
