Commercial Painter

Central Painting Inc. is a growing national commercial, industrial, and institutional painting contractor. We are looking for reliable, hardworking painters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional team.

What You'll Do

Surface preparation including sanding, patching, masking, and priming
Apply coatings using brush, roller, and airless spray equipment
Apply commercial and industrial coatings including epoxies, dryfall, and specialty finishes
Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and swing stages safely
Complete daily safety inspections and participate in toolbox talks
Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards
Work with Team Leaders to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
Maintain clean and organized work areas

What We're Looking For

Previous painting experience
Experience using airless spray equipment
Experience with commercial or industrial painting considered an asset
Knowledge of epoxies, dryfall, and specialty coatings preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Safety-conscious and dependable
Valid driver's licence
Ability to travel and occasionally work nights or stay out of town when required
Requirement: This position requires employees to wear a respirator mask while performing certain job duties. Candidates must be able to safely wear and work in a respirator in accordance with workplace safety requirements.

Location: Various project sites throughout Ontario

Shifts: Days, Evenings, Night
