V.I.L. Landscaping – Oakville, ON
Full-Time | $27–$35/hr + Bonuses | Year-Round Work | Career Path to Project Manager

Build Projects. Lead a Crew. Grow Fast.

We’re hiring an Enhancement Foreman to run small-to-mid size landscape upgrade projects across Oakville & the west GTA.

You’ll fit here.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead 1–3 crew members and complete projects like:

Garden & lawn renovations
Mulch & planting installs
Walkways, curbing & small patio extensions
Outdoor lighting & finishing work
Cleanups & seasonal upgrades
Small carpentry (planters, pergolas, framing)

Most jobs range from $2K–$25K and turn over quickly — this is a high-output role.

You’ll:

Plan daily workflow
Manage materials & equipment
Track hours vs. target
Keep sites clean and professional
Communicate with clients and the office

You own the result.

Who This Is For

Have 3+ years in landscaping or construction
Understand both hardscape & softscape
Can operate equipment confidently
Stay calm under pressure
Lead from the front
Care about quality and efficiency

You take pride in your work and don’t need to be micromanaged.

Pay & Growth

$27–$35/hr based on experience
Performance bonus up to 10% of job gross profit
Overtime pay
Year-end bonus potential
Year-round work (landscape + snow)
