Full job description

About the Opportunity

Record and reconcile daily transactions in the general ledger
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and post journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and update fixed asset schedules
Prepare basic financial reports and account summaries for management review
Assist with preparing supporting documentation for audits
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Solid understanding of basic GAAP principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range
$25 - $30 per hour
