Ralik, a division of Imperial Dade Canada, has an Accounting Technician role open in Blainville, QC.

Responsibilities:

Full accounting cycle.
Reconcile various bank accounts.
Prepare monthly tax remittances.
Perform monthly account reconciliations.
AP and prepare payments.
Accounting entries and adjusting entries.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
Verification and preparation of month-end and year-end documents.
Prepare monthly accounting audits and be a key resource person with Imperial Dade Canada.
Perform other related clerical tasks, such as drafting documents, record keeping, filing etc.
Assist in the preparation of employee payroll.
Prepare various Excel analyses.
Assist AR clerk with customer collections.
All other related tasks.

Qualifications:

College diploma in accounting or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience of full cycle accounting.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
Proficiency in Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
Thoroughness, rigor and autonomy.
Ability to make deadlines.

Prolong periods of sitting, and computer and phone use.
