Step into Security - Make an Impact

Overview:
G Force is currently seeking dedicated and professional Security Guards to become part of our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. As a Security Guard, your presence will contribute to fostering a welcoming, professional, and reassuring atmosphere where employees and customers can feel confident and at ease. We value individuals who demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.

Duties:

Provide a welcoming and professional presence at entrances and throughout the premises.
Prevent unauthorized access through vigilance and customer service.
Patrol assigned areas and report suspicious activity or risks.
Assist customers and staff with professionalism and respect.
Enforce company policies to maintain order and safety.
Work with management and team members to resolve concerns.
Respond quickly to emergencies and incidents, involving law enforcement when needed.
Complete accurate incident reports promptly.
Maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid British Columbia Security License (mandatory).
Previous security guard or customer service experience required.
Excellent grooming, presentation, and adherence to uniform standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups of people.
Superior observational and problem-solving skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability, particularly under pressure.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable standing and patrolling for extended periods.
Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to attend training or meetings as required.
