WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsabilités principales

Accueillir et assister les visiteurs, clients et employés de manière professionnelle
Répondre, filtrer et acheminer les appels téléphoniques et courriels entrants
Gérer les réservations de salles de réunion et les calendriers de bureau
Traiter le courrier entrant et sortant, les colis et les livraisons
Maintenir une réception propre, organisée et professionnelle
Soutenir les tâches administratives telles que la saisie de données, le classement, la numérisation et la préparation de documents
Aider à la planification des rendez-vous et à la coordination des réunions
Commander et maintenir les fournitures et l’inventaire de bureau
Fournir un soutien administratif général aux différents départements, selon les besoins
Assurer la confidentialité des informations sensibles

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage meeting room bookings and office calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Qualifications et compétences

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent requis
Une expérience antérieure en réception, service à la clientèle ou administration est considérée comme un atout
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
Attitude professionnelle et accueillante
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Grande attention aux détails et solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe

Postes à temps plein ou à temps partiel disponibles
Environnement de travail généralement basé au bureau
Peut nécessiter un soutien occasionnel en soirée ou les fins de semaine selon les besoins de l’entreprise

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Working Conditions

Full-time or part-time opportunities available
